  • What if I don't see my delivery area?
    We deliver to various communities in and around Boerne. If you do not see the area that you would like a delivery (such as Comfort/Lake Hills/ Bandera), please contact us at (830) 443-4134 so we can discuss your flower needs.
  • Do you deliver to local hospitals?
    Yes we do! Please give us a call at (830) 443-4134.
  • Can you deliver to a funeral home?
    Yes we can. We deliver to local funeral homes daily. Below is a list of the funeral homes that we deliver to. - Ebensberger Fisher Funeral - Vaughan's Funeral Home If you do not see the funeral home you are looking for, please give us a call at (830) 443-4134, we may be able to accommodate special requests.
  • Do you deliver to nursing homes?
    Yes, we do. Nothing brightens someone's day like flowers.   • What payment options are available?
    We accept the following payment options - Visa - MasterCard - American Express - House Account (upon approval of manager/owner) - Pay In-Store on Pick-Up
  • I tried placing an order, but it didn't go through. What do I do? "
    Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser program. If not, you may need to download an update from the software maker’s website. If the problem persists, please call us at (830) 443-4134 and we are more than happy to help you over the phone.
  • What if I want to order something not available on your website?
    Please call us! We love working with customers to create custom arrangements of all shapes, sizes, and colors to fit your needs and price range.
  • What if my chosen flowers are not available?
    Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
  • Are you open during the holidays?
    Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
